AddVntur was founded by Alexis Tabary<\/strong>. Since 2018, he has developed a specific expertise in investment management, private equity and corporate law transactions.<\/strong>.<\/p>

In particular, he advises companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships\/joint ventures and restructurings<\/strong>. He has also developed a solid expertise in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>

In addition, Alexis advises start-ups and scale-ups<\/strong> and their founders in the technology sector on fund raising and on the structuring and implementation of employee and management incentive plans (ESOPs)<\/strong> .<\/p>

Prior to founding AddVntur, Alexis worked for several leading Luxembourg law firms and as a trading room lawyer for a major European investment bank.<\/p>

He holds a Professional Master 2 in International and European Business Law and a Double Bachelor in Law and Economics from the Faculty of Law of Nancy, University of Lorraine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
